安全保密紙、金屬紙(符合無塵室專用標準)
儘管 IT 技術設備使用越來越多,但是紙張文章造成的洩密事件卻無法有效抑制。分析顯示,傳統「紙張文件」的所造成洩密事件,有絕對壓倒性比例的數據。


透過非授權拷備公司機密資訊,例如製程、配方、參數等,需要時間不斷反覆測試可得的最佳化方式。除了手機相機翻拍外,紙張的拷備也是商業機密外洩的方式之一。

而絕大部的科技業者因為近年來導入金屬感應門的應用,手機相機乃至於隨身碟都可有效防範,而紙張可能記載機密資訊的問題,卻一直被企業輕忽。

導入辦公室無紙化,而重要資訊則透過保密紙等實體方式保留,是目前最新穎的應用。
目前已研發完成的保密紙,在金屬感應門下,大約相當於名片大小的紙樣即可被測得。從而可減少商業機密被非授權重製疑慮。

保密紙原理:

紙張內植入非晶體金屬(Co,Ni,Fe,Al),將金屬絲與紙漿混合,並製成紙樣,成形烘乾後,表面再貼合纖維層,可供影印或列印。此紙張具有永久磁性或暫時磁性,可被防盜門測得。或可被金屬感應器測得。

為使紙樣可在安檢X機測得,紙樣可塗佈對X光有高吸收率材質,則在X光掃描時可測得特定字樣,以確認紙樣來源及存放位置。

同時具備可被金屬安檢門測得,或被安檢X光機測得,使商業機密保密能有效達成。

The most note-worthy is in images taken by handheld devices, but with the introduction of metal detection into facilities, devices with camera functionality or even USB sticks are well probed these days. However enterprises often overlook the leak of hardcopy documents, and it too can carry valuable information.

Going paperless is one way of achieving full security. But for those confidential information that can only be kept in physical form, detectable paper is the latest and greatest solution. The most advanced technology enables the paper of the size of a business card to be detected by the metal detector. With that layer of scrutiny, the risk of confidential information being distributed without authorization is minimized.

How detectable paper works:
In the manufacturing, the pulp is mixed amorphous metal (Co, Ni, Fe, Al) and later shaped and dried into paper form. An additional layer of fiber is adhered to give it the same copying and printing properties as regular papers. Depending on the use, the end-product can be permanently or temporarily magnetic and thus detestable by security gates or metal detectors.

To enable the paper to be detected by security X-ray scanners, the paper can be coated with X-ray absorbing materials. Detection of that material generates a specific reading on the scanner to allow prompt identification and obtainment of the paper. With such a document that is detectable by both metal detectors and X-ray scanners, whatever commercially sensitive information on it can be firmly secured.

安全保密紙 電磁波技術說明

將一張標籤或紙張,植入非晶體金屬(鈷、鎳、錫、鐵、鋁),而這張標籤或紙張植入的是條狀低磁飽和金屬。這些標籤或紙張,具有永久磁性或暫時磁性。

永久磁性標籤或紙張:

這特殊紙張或標籤,可用來保護及控管,不外借的機密資料或書籍。

暫時性磁性標籤:

可用來保護流通性(借與還)的資產或商品。

(2) 行李X光機掃描彩色模式 註:因塗層非常薄不能讓紙張厚度增加太多,故在行李X光機下影像需開
啟強化模式,材質會判斷為有機物(橘色)
(3) X光負片模式下(Reverse),可看到塗佈材質吸收X光(白色)。塗佈層若印刷上字樣則可呈現紙樣來源。
